Well, had to move yet again - 3 moves in less than 3 years. Still hate moving, but we're in a much better place now. Began a new phase of working my arts -- started quilting. Have finished 1 completely from piecing the top to layering to quilting it myself. Finished 2 baby quilts a couple of weeks ago, and began doing the quilting on a quilt top of my own design as well. My daughter ~TheRavenHawke (https://www.deviantart.com/theravenhawke) theravenhawke and I collaborated on the quilting designs to be applied, and I have to say I can't wait to see it finished. Well, even though it seems like we just moved in here, it has been about 10 months  in and landlord says we have to be moved out by the end of March...at the end of our lease. Unhappy? You betcha! I hate moving, and I want to stay where we are until I'm ready for the move to New Mexico. It's longer from now because I ended up with blood clots in my leg and my lungs, spent some time in the ICU in November, and another week after that on the step-down unit. Now I have PCAs, RNs, housekeepers, etc., coming into my home to help me and keep me from deteriorating even worse. Thank God for that! By already being involved with this long-term home hea

OK, so now we have been in the new place for about a month, and while there is still a LOT to unpack, I've taken some precious time out to go out in the neighborhood and the park (which is only a 1/2 block away!!!), and use my wonderful camera. I've been really happy with what I get on it, I've been really lucky light-wise so that I'm getting just what look I want without having to tweak anything, and this has been a fabulous spring for flowers lasting a long time. :)  I :heart: using my camera, and I'm getting to know a few of the neighbors in the new neighborhood because of all the wonderful photo opportunities I'm grabbing!
